It’s amazing to see you working so large. Even though you were challenged by the Oregon “sun” you still were able to find color to paint. My recent attempts are much more somber.
I’m looking forward to the upcoming workshop.

This was my third workshop. You’d think I’d heard it all by now but no… you keep finding more stuff….like to make a glowing painting surround it with bits of cools-warms, comlimentary colors, opposite values.” A dead painting has 50% cool:warm ratio; there is no such thing as MUD: only muddy paintings” It just proves that you are one great teacher and the students that “hang on” and ” keep coming back” are moving forward, becoming more confident and in turn are better artists.
thanks. to you and Shannon for a great workshop.
